AUDIO ENTERTAINMENT
Three different radio stations are available via the television in your room.
ADAPTERS
International adapters are available at the hotel reception.
ALLERGEN-FREE PRODUCTS
We provide gluten-free and lactose-free meals during our dining services. Please check the restaurant signs and ask our servers for assistance regarding dietary needs. If possible, please notify us of your allergen-free dietary requirements in advance to ensure a proper selection.
AIR CONDITIONING
All rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning. Please keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running. For questions regarding its operation, please contact the reception.
BARS
Our hotel features three bars.
Beach Bar (Outdoor): Located in the hotel garden next to the pools. Open: during the summer season.
Venus Wellness Drink Bar (Indoor): Located on level 0, within the wellness department, next to the indoor pools. Open: daily 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
Captain’s Bar: Located on level 0, next to the Lobby. Opening hours: daily, varies by season.
BATHROBE
Bathrobes are provided in your room. For size changes, please dial the wellness department. A charge of 9,000 HUF will be applied to your room bill if the robe is missing.
BED LINEN
To protect our environment and ensure long-term sustainability, bed linen is changed every 3 days. Should you require daily changes, please contact our housekeeping staff or the reception.
BIKE RENTAL
Bicycles can be rented at the reception for a fee.
BOOKING
Reservations can be made at www.goldenlake.hu or via email at [email protected]. Phone reservations must be confirmed in writing via email, for which we will send a written confirmation.
CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL
The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings within 24 hours in case of incorrect pricing or typos. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the booking will be cancelled. Guaranteed rooms are held until 6:00 PM on the arrival day unless a late arrival is specified in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (unless stated otherwise in the confirmation). Cancellation within 3 days: 50% penalty. Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% penalty.
CHECK-IN TIME
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in can be requested for a fee, subject to availability. Please contact the reception for details.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late use of the room and/or wellness center can be requested for a fee, subject to availability. Please contact the reception regarding extensions.
CHILD DISCOUNTS
The following discounts apply: 0–4.99 years: Free (in parents’ room); 5–11.99 years: 50% discount (in parents’ room); 12+ years: Full price applies.
CHILD-FRIENDLY SERVICES
We offer a playroom on the 1st floor and a children’s splash pool in the wellness area. Baby cots, tubs, and high chairs are available upon request. Board games are available at reception, and table football is located on the 1st floor.
CLEANING
Daily cleaning is between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Use the card provided on the outer door handle if you wish to skip cleaning. For extra cleaning, please contact housekeeping or reception.
CONFERENCE ROOM
The “LACUS PELSO” conference room on the 1st floor accommodates 120 people. It is air-conditioned, features natural light, and is equipped with modern technology (projector, screen, sound system).
CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Amex, and Maestro for cashless payments.
DRESS CODE
Please wear appropriate attire in the restaurant; swimwear and bathrobes are not permitted.
ELECTRICITY
Please insert your magnetic key card into the switch box next to the room entrance to activate the electricity. The voltage is 230 V / 50 Hz.

FIRE ALARM
The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and extinguishers. In case of fire, a siren will sound. Please exit via the nearest emergency exit immediately.
FITNESS ROOM
Located on level -1, within the wellness department. Open: daily 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
HAIRDRYER
All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
JACUZZI
The indoor jacuzzi is in the Venus wellness area. An outdoor panoramic “swim spa” jacuzzi is available in the garden (seasonal). Our wellness staff can assist with opening it.
KEY CARD
Please keep your key card with you, as it is required to open your room and access restricted areas (e.g., the underground garage barrier).
LAUNDRY & IRONING
Laundry: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (drop off before 9:00 AM for 24-hour service). Ironing: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour service). Prices are in the wardrobe.
LIBRARY
Located in the Captain’s Bar on the ground floor, next to the Lobby.
LOBBY & COFFEE MOMENTS
Every Friday and Saturday between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, we host “Coffee Moments” with welcome drinks and snacks. Drinks are also served at the Captain’s Bar during opening hours.
LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE
Our bellhop is at your service for luggage assistance upon request.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Available at the reception. Please contact our reception staff for assistance.
MARINA
The hotel has a private yacht marina. Sailboat rental is also available; please ask the reception for help.

MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
One free modification is allowed up to 3 days before arrival. Further modifications result in a 10,000 HUF fee per modification. Deposits are valid for 6 months for future stays.
PARKING
A 24/7 guarded underground garage is available on level -1. Space is limited and requires prior reservation (seasonal fees apply).
PARKING ATTENDANT
Our parking attendant is available 24/7 to assist with parking in the underground garage.
PETS
Our hotel does not accept pets.
PILLOWS & BLANKETS
Pillow types: anti-allergenic, feather, or foam. Contact housekeeping or reception for extra supplies.
PLAYROOM / PLAYGROUND
The playroom is on the 1st floor (Open: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM). The playground is in the garden. Use of these facilities is at your own risk and requires parental supervision.
PREPAYMENT / DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the total booking value must be paid via bank transfer or online payment by the deadline stated in the confirmation.

ROOM PRICE INCLUDES
Accommodation, confirmed meals, unlimited Venus Wellness and fitness room use, bathrobe use, Wi-Fi, and VAT.
Not Included: Tourist tax (740 HUF / person / night for those over 18) and parking fees are extra.
ROOM SERVICE
Available daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Breakfast menu: 7:00 – 10:30. Other meals: 10:30 – 21:00. Prices are in the room folder.
SAFE
The in-room safe is free of charge. Instructions are located next to the safe.
SAUNA
Located in the wellness area. Seasonal sauna séances are held from September to May.

Shaving kits are available at the reception upon request.
SHOE HORN
A shoe horn is provided in the wardrobe of your room.
