Individual room reservations can be cancelled without penalty, unless otherwise stated in the written confirmation, up to 7 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel your reservation 7 to 3 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount payable will be considered as a non-refundable penalty. If cancelled within 48 hours, 100 % of the value of the reservation will be considered as a non-refundable penalty.

The reservation can be modified once free of charge until the 7th day before the reservation, after the second and/or multiple modifications the reservation cannot be cancelled and an administration fee of +10.000 HUF per modification will be charged.
